How starting skulls are built
Wikily’s Corpses and autopsy page: every corpse is six vitals (Skin, Bones, Skull, Heart, Brain, Guts) plus 1–4 soft parts (Fat, Blood, Flesh) in its pockets. Total White/Red is the sum of parts. Same organ names can carry different skull mixes by quality — always read the corpse UI.
Arriving corpse bands (public wiki)
Approximate starting ranges from Wikily’s arriving-corpses table Confirm on your save:
| Progress band | Red | White | Gold organs |
|---|---|---|---|
| From the start | 0–1 | 2–4 | 0% |
| After first Agatha “better corpses” ask (or God of dead) | 1–5 | 1–5 | ~4% |
| After Furniture/Building kit hand-over | 2–6 | 2–6 | ~15% |
| After The House at the Crossroads | 3–7 | 3–7 | ~20% |
Nun delivery settings (“No / A few / Lots of corpses”) change frequency, not the skull formula above. Prayer for Repose / God of dead can shift arrivals one band further down the table while active.
Common soft-part starting skulls
Blood
1 Red · 0 White
Soft part — scrub for burial; keep if you need Red for zombies.
Fat
1 Red · 0 White
Same burial cleanup as Blood. Free soft-part path in early guides.
Flesh
1 White · 0 Red
Keep for burial. Games.gg warns Flesh/Bone cuts can burn White when treated as “start from White” destroys.
Dark organ variants
Inflate Red / suppress White
games.gg: remove Dark Organs first on burial keepers. Exact numeric deltas still planner estimates.
Vital organ examples (not exhaustive)
From Wikily Body parts — illustrative variants you’ll see on the table (bronze/silver/gold qualities exist; Anatomy requirements climb with gold):
- Skin: examples include 1R+3W, 1R+2W, pure Red tiers, or no skulls.
- Bones: 1R+3W down through mixed / Red-heavy / White-only / empty.
- Skull: often White-leaning (e.g. 3W) but Red-heavy variants exist (e.g. 2R+2W, 3R+2W).
- Heart / Brain / Guts: wide spread from multi-White to multi-Red; gold tiers need high Anatomy (~13).
Pending in-game confirmation Our calculator still uses coarse extraction deltas from early public guides for planning — it does not yet model every organ quality variant. Use it to sandbox totals after you read the actual corpse.
Quick decision matrix
- High White, low Red soft parts cleaned: burial / decorate.
- High Red, vitals intact: zombie candidate — skip Blood/Fat scrub.
- Mixed / damaged / Surgeon’s Error: materials, cremation ash, or organ donor for implants.

FAQ
Why doesn’t every “Skin” corpse match a guide?
Organs have multiple quality variants with different White/Red. Guides describe common cases; the autopsy UI is authoritative.
What’s the earliest typical arrival range?
Wikily lists early arrivals around 0–1 Red and 2–4 White before Agatha upgrades and late-story bands.
Can decay change a corpse’s path?
Yes — guides note Red can rise as organs rot (better for zombies) while Green skulls from neglect can’t be cleaned (bad for everything).
Is this official?
No. Unofficial fan site, unaffiliated with Lazy Bear Games or the publishers.
